With more than 13,000 employees around the world, the company operates in more than 100 countries. With support from Teorema Engineering Srl, a Microsoft Gold Competency Partner, Barilla successfully deployed Office 365 to its employees who are now collaborating, interacting and communicating more easily with Lync Online and SharePoint Online as well as accessing email and documents from any kind of device in any location. Best of all? Barilla's travel costs have been reduced by approximately 30 percent now that people can connect face to face through a click of a button versus a plane ride.

Building on the success of their deployment, Barilla plans to continue growing the integration between mobile phones and Office 365.

Would you like a way to send e-Mail to a group?

Send email to a group of people"Why I turn, a BBQ or highway litter patrol (or whatever) is to organise with my group of friends?" You start your e-Mail start arranging things but wish you could avoid that individuals give to each name (or e-Mail address) to: line.

There is an easy way to avoid this mind-numbing tasks-create a contact group. You can e-Mail addresses in one to compile list, give it a name, say "escape reality" for this group and if you want to send a message to a group, type the name.

Click in Outlook, click contacts, and then click contact Group.Give your group a name.

To add to your friends, click add members , and then select, time - from your Outlook contacts or address book, or by adding a new Mail contact.

Your Outlook contacts or address bookchoose any name that you want, and then click members.

When you have added all the names, click OK, then Save and close. You are finished creating a contact groupthat now appears in your contact list.

What happens, if Joe's wife in your (really?) collect Saturday morning fun from aluminum cans along the highway wants to join? To add the contact groupon her follow the same steps as above, except you start by opening the contact group you have already created and then add name.

Now your product human friends mail is already as fast as SMS-to a person. Simply specify the name of the contact group : line and Outlook replaces it with the individual e-Mail addresses in the group. This is a big difference, though, between how does this in your personal Outlook account and the one that you use at work. If you enter the name of the group in your work account, it is the only thing that displays: line. If you want that all to all other addresses to see to, not, type the name of the contact in the BCC line.

Their contact group with other parts

Suppose that the head of State Highway would like to embellish all your friends at once by e-Mail. You can easily contact e-Mail (if the State bureaucracy want to join all your friends) by e-Mail.

In contacts, open your contact group and on the contact group under the Forward group, choose as an Outlook contact and send the email.

Draw he can your contact group in his contacts and your friends by e-Mail, if you fill enough days then you earn Trashbags to an adopt-a-highway filled have to thank sign the reality to escape group.
