How to make a Cubism effect in Photoshop


Before starting on our tutorial in how to make a Cubism effect in photoshop, let us have a review of our Art history.

Cubism is the most influential, essential, innovative art of the 20th century. This is a complete denial of conventional departure of beauty. It is a joint creation of the two greatest painters Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque.

Cubism is the new way of seeing things in the art. Most of the subject is represented in geometric shapes and sometimes showing many perspectives of a particular image. It is as if the subject is under construction many photos taken from different angles.

Now let's start our tutorial. You need your Photoshop and the image that you use.

Open your Photoshop and then click file, select Open , and choose the image that you use.
First go to tool located in the left tool menu.
You are going to use the tool marquee to select a portion of the image, and then press CTRL + J to copy in its own layer.
Go to the window of the layer , and then click the Add a layer styleicon
Then select inner glow
To provide the layer from a different angle, just go to edit then click free transform.
Hold down the CTRL key, and then drag any bounding box handles, if you want to tweak the layer. However, you can drag the cursor outdoor or rotate to change the angles.
After that, open the layer window and select the original image layer and repeat the above steps. You can also add shapes and text if you want.
To add text, go to the text tool and play with the face of type.
To add shapes, go to the custom shapes tool and select a shape, and then drag on the image.

The text tool and custom forms tool are located in the left tool menu. If you want to be more creative, you can play with the opacity of each layer. You can also try by the superposition of patter for the texture.

Just choose any layer and then double click on and select model overlay.
Experience with each mode not only pattern overlay to make it seem good.

You can adjust the color of each layer to make it more creative. Just go to the Image and then click adjustment and select hue / saturation. With this, check colorize and then you can change the color by adjusting the slider. You can add more than an adjustment layer.

Finally, you leave your Cubist image of an ordinary image. You can print it and put it in a pleasant setting. In this way, you have your abstract painting without spending much.









Get the powerful effect of text with Photoshop


Improve text stylish, powerful and can do wonders for your simple text. The text effect can change the appearance of an ordinary drilling a text written and makes it more powerful and interesting. In this Photoshop tutorial we will learn create powerful using brushes text effects and layer styles.

Before proceeding further, make sure that you have resources, such as gradient background and Color Palette, brush sparkles and the last, but not the clouds the least.

If it is gone!

First step:

-Use the Gradient listed above to create a Radial for the background gradient. Then, begin to create your text using the colour # fcf133. You can use the police as the light of the go and set the size to 325px.

-After step above, the foreground color value # e89819 and background color to # fddd03 and create a new layer above the text layer.

-Click the right button on the text layer and select Create the path of the work, and then click the "layer 1? once more to make it alive."

Second step:

Select a soft brush, and then open the brush Panel (window > brush) to change the following settings:

-Change the size of 30px and the spacing of 25% in the form of tip of brush.

-Within the dynamic form, change the size jitter to 100%.

-In the dynamics of color, correction of jitter to 100% foreground/background.

Finally, check the wetland edges that it will give the brush effect more liquid.

-After your brush is ready, select the direct selection tool and click the right button on the path of work choose stroke path.

Select brush in the tool menu and make sure the check box to simulate pressure is a-checked.

Third step:

Click two times on "layer 1? to apply the following styles:"

-For Outer Glow: define the overlay Blend Mode, the color # e1e1e0 and the beach at 100%.

-For the glow internal: set the Mode of mixing and layering the color to # d1a6b4.

-For the bevel and Emboss: set the size to 16, bright Double ring - outline Mode to highlight the bright light and color # ffbd49 and shadow Mode color to # e4cc2d.

-For the outline: just select Gaussian - reverse.

Your text now have a nice glow.

Fourth step:

Duplicate "layer 1? and simultaneously modify the copy of color blend Mode." The text should look brighter!

-By clicking the right button on the text layer, choose rasterize Type.

-Select filter > blur > Gaussian blur and set the radius of 2.5 value to soften the harsh edges of the text and make it to mix with the brush stroke.

Fifth step:

-Make a new layer above the background layer and call it "sparkles". Set the foreground color to # fddd03 and use the drawing of lots Brushto sparkles some sparkles around the text, but not exaggerate.

-Select filter > blur > Blur Gaussian and correction of the RADIUS at 0,5 to soften the flakes.

-Finally, choose the image of clouds and place it at the top of the background layer and the layer "flickers". Resize to fit the document if you want, and then change its soft light Blend Mode and its value of 75% filling.

Now the blue colours will employ nicely merged with the more red, creating a background of nice for the final effect.
