PST capture: new tool for the ever multiplying Inbox managing

We wanted to inform you about some good news from the Exchange team. You have a new administrative tool called PST-capture, which helps, published IT administrators to manage PST files.  It allows networks to discover and import PST files in Exchange Server or Exchange online search.

So, what is a .pst file?   It is a data file where Outlook stores and backs up your messages and other items on your computer. You can imagine how big they get, how you work e-mail and on your computer, or copy them, when to get you a new.  It is the reason why IT administrators moaning, if you one of these packaging Council with 24,000 messages in your Inbox.  PST capture is designed to IT managers that you manage.

This tool is just one example, such as the Exchange team feedback from customers improvements inclusion in is, that they do in Outlook.  This is a border will help to ensure growth of PST files to more control of over data.  A further new enhancement to Outlook prevents multiply also .pst files on a network.
