Whitney Wingerd and their blogging colleagues are the brains behind the 4 moms media companies and their website, www.giftguidegirls.com. The four women met online. They are in three different places, have three different versions of Office, and work with Windows and Mac Office. Sounds familiar? Rhode Island-and the street work from Philadelphia,-they use change tracking in Word and Excel spreadsheets to perform their shared media consulting business.
By keeping tabs on client collaboration on media kits, Office keeps them contacts (among the four of them, they have hundreds) in contact with each other and virtually run the daily needs of a successful small business. The Office team gave them a briefing on the Office Web Apps, they optimize their cooperation or more, by eliminating the need to email helps things back and forth (such as the shared contact list).
