Scenario-Focused Engineering designing the next version of Office is how we approach. The aim is, to make the experience of the use of Office turn around what you, our customers with the applications; our best, to do design through your eyes. This extends up to write help. We plan to provide scenario-based assistance in the next version of Office.
In mind, I was wondering, what kind of scenario write most of the people in General by Publisher and Office addresses. In the past, we tend to use scenarios in writing pretty technical IT deployment help, such as this business intelligence scenarios, or this SharePoint 2003 scenariosor roadmap articles such as this a for Office SharePoint Server 2007 , which includes a series of articles in a coherent organization. For the information of workers, we have produced some scenarios-based videos, such as the Office intervention seriesviewers. And I have one together road map style article on manipulation of images in Publisher 2010, but we have no consistent philosophy of scenarios and had to help.
So, my question to you, what you want of scenario-based help?
You want to perform an end-to-end set of tasks a story in the characters?Would you like a roadmap article to set a coherent series of articles to help you when you run an end-to-end set of tasks to success?Would you like the scenario to include video? You want to include the scenario to a training component? What else can you? Not back and hold you, assume that anything is possible! Please sign up and let your thoughts in the comments section. No, really, please you help me write a better grip as to effectively scenario-based help.
