365 Gets office supplies out of your way so you can get down to the business

Office Web Apps cloud diagramA point of contention in organisations is the challenge of sharing documents so that the same format, geographical limits exceed same information available to everyone, whether your colleague is accessing the information on a desktop computer, NetBook, Mac or mobile phone.

Office Web apps, a feature of Office 365, provides browser-based can view and edit Office documents, so that the people, which you are working with, same document, access regardless of hardware or Office version (even if they have not Office at all).

To see how this works, go to getting started with Office Web apps in Office 365 and see my video.

The idea for this video came from visits, colleagues and I some of the recently made at Microsoft's business customers. My team published content on Office.com, and we visited customers learn from first hand, the needs and concerns of small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Always take consistent themes to our team:

Deprecated database systems secured collage - stored PrecariouslyA of old and new hardware and SoftwareDocuments to hard to get-at file shares or in an E-mail format variant of the game as children we played phone sent.

Not, that these factors the organizations work prevented. But we are, how deal with:

The cost of the conservation of old systems want to use during the new technologies.Raises the possibility of missing opportunities due to inefficient Kommunikation.Software that open up roadblocks to productivity instead of the way.And for most small businesses: no desire to invest in an IT infrastructure.

In the Chamber that we found, that companies and non-profit organisations would much rather invest in customers to pay clients, and members as time and attention to their computer systems.

In the next few weeks we share more videos you the ways in which Microsoft Office 365 technology can be obtained from your way free up your actual work to do for your organization.
