Your message to anyone, anywhere transfer present slide show (video)

Have you ever been on the phone with someone and suddenly wished that you could show them just what you mean? You can! With PowerPoint broadcast slide show and a few clicks can you send your slides to your customer or partner and go by your message.

In this excerpt from The Office showshows you with Doug Thomas, as the new PowerPoint 2010 feature allows transfer of slide shows, send your live presentation over the Web to many different devices.

Consider this scenario: you have a friend in San Francisco, a partner in New Orleans, and everyone wants a piece of the new company, a dealer in New York-- and it "awesome cake." You have built the first expansion plan in PowerPoint. They have the choice: you can send a large file with a PowerPoint presentation, or you can your presentation to them simply by sending them a link per IN IM or send e-Mail.

Broadcast participants need to have installed PowerPoint. All they need is a browser. Whether you are on your PC, on their mobile phone, or with a browser in an Internet Cafe, all participants can see synchronized view of the slide show in your browser you a live. And you can set up a conference call, so that they follow along with you, as you can step for through the slides step.
